MAGNESITE FICKERT – MG
Magnesite Bonded bricks are used for initial surface preparation of Granite Slabs/Tiles. Available in various grits from #16 to 400. Our Grits – 120, 220, 400 can be used in lieu of Epoxy Remover which are used after epoxy coating.
DIAMOND FICKERT – MB
Metal Bonded Fickert is suitable for preparing a base for the granite surface before polishing. The initial process creates a flat surface needed to proceed to next level process.
RESIN BOND FICKERT – RB
Resin Fickert is a standard tool made of Resins and Diamond materials. It is primarily utilized during the middle phase just before the final finishing and brings the surface of granite slabs to a very fine finish. Available in Grit # 200, 300, 400, 800, 1200, 1500 & 3000.
LUX SUPER GLOSS – LSG
LUX SUPER GLOSS is a fickert buffing tool utilized in the final stage with water. Heat is generated during the process and buffing literally polishes the granite surface and makes it shine, glazing quite to an average brightness at 90-110 depending on the colour of the granite.
FICKERT BRUSH – SIC
Manufactured out of Silicon Carbide Abrasive Filaments, these fickert brushes are used to polishing the surface into Antique-look finish on the granite and porcelain surface. Available in various grit sizes # 24, 36, 46, 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 500, 800, 1000 & 1200.
DIAMOND FICKERT BRUSH
Manufactured out of high quality Diamond Filaments, these brushes are used for polishing the surface into a Leather finish on Granite Slabs. Available in various grit sizes viz. #24, 36, 46, 60, 80, 120, 240, 320, 500, 800 & 1000.
